Colombia: Supremo EP, Huila

Colombia Huila Supremo is a standout high-altitude coffee grown in the mineral-rich soils near the Nevado de Huila volcano, one of the most fertile regions in Colombia. This area’s unique microclimate fosters slow cherry maturation, enhancing the bean’s complexity and balance. Unlike its fuller-bodied cousin from Bucaramanga, Huila offers a lighter body with pronounced clarity, floral aromatics, and subtle sweetness. Each bean is carefully de-pulped using manual, hand-cranked equipment and then dried on raised beds for even moisture distribution—resulting in a clean, vibrant cup that reflects the dedication of the smallholder farmers who bring it to life.
